Backface Signature (BFS)

Cutting Materials
Size
Standard plates are supplied at 25 × 30 cm — engineered to provide an optimal balance of coverage and mobility for general applications. Custom dimensions are available on request, including side plate configurations for extended coverage.
Curvature
Available in Single Curved and Multi-Curved profiles — each designed to conform to the body's natural contours for a secure and comfortable fit during extended field operations.
Cut Shape
Four standard cut shapes are available to match your carrier system and operational requirement — Shooter Cut for optimized shoulder mobility, Full Plate for maximum torso coverage, SAPI Cut for compatibility with standard military carrier systems, and Swimmer Cut for enhanced upper arm mobility.
Trauma Reduction
Supporting materials are available to reduce blunt force trauma transfer to the wearer upon ballistic impact — integrated as an additional layer within the plate assembly.
Plate Marking & Identification
Plates can be marked or screen-printed to your unit's specifications — including strike face markings, threat protection level indication, unit identification, warning labels, and custom branding.
